These Terms govern your use of Ratibha — a marketplace connecting customers planning events with independent, verified event planners across Saudi Arabia. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Ratibha ("we", "us") is operated by Dakkah Information Technology Est. (مؤسسة دكة لتقنية المعلومات), a Saudi establishment registered under commercial registration / unified national number 7021679076.
Ratibha is a marketplace that facilitates introductions, messaging, quoting and payment between customers and independent planners. Planners are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Ratibha — Ratibha is not itself an event planning company and does not guarantee the outcome of any event.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Planner accounts additionally require passing our verification process before going live.
When a customer accepts a planner's offer, both parties sign the resulting agreement through the platform, and a deposit is collected and held until the event is delivered. Ratibha charges planners a service fee of 15% of the total booking value; customers pay only the agreed price.
You agree not to use Ratibha to circumvent the platform (for example, arranging payment outside Ratibha to avoid fees), post false information, or harass other users.
Ratibha facilitates the connection and payment flow between customers and planners but is not a party to the event services agreement itself. Our liability is limited to the service fees we've collected on the relevant booking, to the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, including for verified customer complaints against a planner.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
